Alex has helped me and my husband who is currently deployed overseas and made the transition for me coming all the way from Ohio very simple. She gave me peace of mind and worked quickly and the whole staff is very helpful and caring. The place is gorgeous it's like a resort! I am so excited to move in!
So far I haven't had any problems with these apartments. There are two leasing specialist I would totally recommend who are Kelsey and Fawn. They are awesome and have helped me with any problems concerning the lease or with any maintenance issues which get fixed fairly quickly. They really do have great customer service and you always feel like you are important.
I moved here about 3 months ago and I love it here. My apartment is very quiet and if there's a maintenance problem it's fixed right away. I've never had a problem with the office staff they are very personable. The amenities do work like the tanning bed my neighbor goes every day and she gets very tan. I've never seen crime here, they have a security company that watches the place.
